All sales of original artwork are final. If there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out to me at hello@jocelynelizabeth.com and I will see what I can do to make it right.
If artwork arrives damaged, please take photos of the exterior and interior of the original packaging and the damaged piece. Photos are required for insurance claims and to accommodate a refund.
Shipping policy
Artwork will typically ship within 3-5 days of the purchase date. Artwork is insured for the value of the purchase price and a signature is required upon delivery. take photos of the exterior and interior of the original packaging and the damaged piece. If the piece is damaged beyond repair, a refund for the artwork amount will take place pending the photo documentation has been provided.
