Shipping

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. Artwork will be professionally packaged. International shipping available. Additional shipping amount will be invoiced after purchase, as applicable.

Rights & Reproductions

When you purchase an original painting you, the collector, have the right to display the artwork in your home or business but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission. I retain the right to all artwork I create. This includes the right to make and sell reproductions.

Original Paintings (Non-Commissioned)
I want you to be delighted with your new painting. If you aren't 100% satisfied, please notify me within 3 days of receiving your artwork. You may return your art in perfect condition in its original packaging at your expense for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Commissioned Paintings
Details about my commission process can be found here. Each commission will have a signed contract which outlines the payment schedule and options if you are not happy with your commission.

Fine Art Prints and Products

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You must pay to insure your return for the value of the painting and use a tracking method.

It is important to me that my work is aligned to a greater good, and I am making a difference in the world around me. As a vegetarian and nature-lover, I am mindful of the impact that my art has on the planet and work to keep my studio free of animal products (vegan) and be environmentally conscious in my practices and materials.

A portion of sales supports causes that are most meaningful to me, such as advocating for brain injury survivors and those with invisible disabilities as well as the rights of women, children and the LGBTQIA+ community. The specific organizations I donate to varies depending on what is happening in the world at the time of my collection releases. Examples of organizations your purchase supports include Sandy Hook Promise, UNICEF, The Loveland Foundation, The Boston Alliance of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer Youth (BAGLY), and the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts.
